My career started in economic development at the Michigan SBDC, where I worked with 600+ entrepreneurs and helped generate $7.5M in capital for their businesses. That work showed me how deeply economic mobility depends on connecting people to the right skills and opportunities, and how broken the systems for proving capability actually are.

I went on to grow a healthcare business to $1M ARR before exiting, then spent two years in the AI product space learning what it takes to ship real products at early-stage startups. I have always built alongside strong teams, and I am pushing deeper into the technical craft so I can take products from idea to end to end.

In 2025 I founded Technique, an AI-native workforce development product with 500+ early beta signups, a skills taxonomy, and a talent verification framework we built from the ground up. Technique was acquired by TalentOS in March 2026.

Along the way I also helped build Sentient Page, an AI companion that goes beyond surface-level journaling. It remembers every conversation, learns your patterns, and surfaces insights that evolve with you. Privacy-first, deeply personal, and one of the products I am most proud of.

I am in San Francisco, co-founding TalentOS and leading product and strategy. We are building the operating system for AI know-how: capture the workflows your best people already run, share them across the company, and improve them every week instead of losing them in chat history.
